This comes from the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, where, alongside a sanctuary for endangered gorillas, Gorilla Summit Coffee uses better agricultural practices as a pathway to better education, quality of life, and compensation for local farmers.

As for how it tastes, it’s extremely unique. We’ve been calling this a “dessert coffee”: a sweet cup of which you have to stop yourself from having too much.
