Philippines Mt. Apo Natural

This coffee is incredibly special to us. Yes, it’s delicious—notes of honeydew and green grape make for a sweet cup, with a bit of a cacao to balance it all out. But it’s also the first coffee we’re offering from the Philippines. Our name, “munti,” comes from Bahay Kubo, a Filipino nursery rhyme, and half of our two-person team was born and raised in the Philippines. To be able to share excellent, responsibly sourced coffee from home is quite literally a dream come true.

Our supplier worked closely with BACOFA, a female-led co-op that grew and harvested these beans sustainably along the slopes of Mt. Apo. To support this amazing community, 5% of proceeds from each bag of Philippine coffee sold will go directly back to the farmers.
