Papua New Guinea Western Highlands

We’re always looking for interesting coffee, so we couldn’t wait to share this one. It’s the product of the work of over 1500 smallholder farmers in rural Papua New Guinea. It’s also the first bean we’ve carried from Oceania, so we’re extra proud to bring a new region of coffee growing to your door.

It has all the sweetness of a natural Ethiopia, with a full body and just enough acidity to balance it all out. It’s a cup of subtle complexity that is equal parts interesting and crushable.
