Costa Rica La Minita Washed

To us, this is an ideal morning medium roast. It’s so smooth, and uncomplicated in the best way. It definitely has a little sweetness, some dark chocolate-caramel, maybe even a little citrus if you search for it—but more than anything, it’s just a really good cup of coffee.
