Colombia Huila Pink Bourbon Natural

This is for those who like coffee that doesn’t really taste like coffee. In this case, it tastes like blueberry lemonade. Or a lychee martini. A lemon square, maybe? Was rose water in the room when it was sundried? Whatever you taste, it’s a Willy Wonka-esque coffee experience.

Its varietal is the Pink Bourbon, a labor-intensive, low-yield bean native to Ethiopia. But in the capable hands of farmers in the Huila region, this lot is sundried and shines as a labor of love. We roast it light to honor the work that went into it.
